Before you start to order please read through our Hints & tips section. This will give you information of the best ways to measure for your custom made jewellery.
Click on the menu items (eg Gold chains, Silver chains), that interest you and browse through the styles to choose your custom made jewellery. By clicking on the photo of the style you are interested in you can see an enlargement of the item.
When you are ready to start ordering find the style that you need and click on the shopping cart.
Type in the length of chain, in centimetres, that you require. Please read the Hints & tips section from the main menu for help in getting your chain the right size.
Click on the dot to the left of the clasp that you want.
Select other chains or Pendants from the online shop. The categories are all listed in the menu on the left side. Just click on the category then select the style as you did the first time.
When you have finished selecting your styles click on Proceed to checkout.
All your selections will appear. You can change the length you have entered by clicking in the measurement box and typing in the new length. Then click the update button in the top right corner of the item box. This will update the cost of this item. If you have ordered more than one item, click on the update button beside the Total Cost.
Click on Proceed to checkout Step 1
If this is your first purchase from Inch of Gold, click on create account then fill in the details. Click on create user.
If you are a return customer, fill in your e-mail and password details then press Log in.
Enter your account details where necessary. You must fill in the boxes with a red star beside them. Click OK.
Click Proceed to checkout.
Confirm your account details. Click Proceed to checkout Step 2
Check your purchases. Click Proceed to checkout Step 3.
Enter your credit card details. Click Proceed to checkout Step 4.
Congratulations you have successfully purchased your custom made jewellery from our online shop.
