How to Measure

If you have a necklace or bracelet that is a good length for you then lay that one beside a ruler and use that measurement. If you don't have a chain you can use then try a piece of string or cord that does not stretch.
If measuring for a bracelet, do not measure tight around your wrist unless you want the bracelet to be that tight. Most people allow for the bracelet to be able to slip onto the base of the hand. How much is personal preference.
Note that the clasp you choose adds length to the finished article. See table below for clasp lengths.
